Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new/existing backend & integration applications conforming to requirement specifications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing and adhere to and be an advocate of best development practices.
• Work with a team of top engineers under technical leadership in revamp and optimization efforts towards improvement of PG backend ecosystem and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & squads.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of overall experience in back-end/front-end or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in any programming language – JavaScript (node.js or react.js)
• Exposure to serverless, distributed, event-driven, cloud architecture & applications and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Exposure to RESTful services.
• Data modeling experience in Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platform services and application development using AWS or Azure or Google Cloud.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering(or similar)
