WHAT YOU WILL DO

• part of a strong team of 10+ software engineers, with a large amount of ownership and responsibility for managing things directly.
• **Ship** high-quality solutions guarded by automated test cases, with a sense of urgency to deliver value that benefits users.
• **Code reviews**. We invest in spreading knowledge around the team, and keeping our code easy to read, test, and maintain.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, other teams, and both internal and external stakeholders, owning a large part of the process from problem understanding to shipping the solution.
• Have the freedom to suggest and drive product initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design or related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in a Product related role. More experienced candidates will be considered for a Senior role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle for a digital product
• Previous experience building a product from 0 to launch (software)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience running growth and testing experiments
• Effective stakeholder management
• Strong organisation, planning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in writing and speaking Mandarin
• Strong proficiency in English
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
• Previous experience working as part of a growth team
• Immediate availability is preferred
