The Corporate ICT Division of Synergie Italia, dedicated to Professional Staffing and Research and Selection of qualified personnel and middle management, we are looking for a company operating in the security, transport, defense, aerospace and space markets:

Position:

Software Engineer

The resource will deal with:

Contribution to the definition of the functional/interface/performance requirements of the SW from the system specification and the Customer's requirements

Contribution in the allocation of requirements for the main subsystem (DH/Thermal/TTC/Power/etc.).

Contribution to the definition of the SW architecture

Support the definition of the FDIR architecture with regard to the SW, taking into account the available PUS services.

Contribute to the SW development plan, covering all phases of the SW life cycle, according to the defined SW category

Contribute to the ITT process for the selection of SW contractors

Prepare the overall SW technical baseline for the SW developer

Contribute to the follow-on of the SW developer contractor

Ability to analyze SW unit test results

Supports SW/SW, HW/SW integration and SW verification on SW test benches and avionics test bench (SVF+STB/ATB)

Preparation of technical documentation: SW user manual, validation reports, SW budget

Actively contribute to cyber security activities for space programs, writing documents, proposing and validating/testing solutions

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

Master's Degree required in Computer, Aerospace or Electronic Engineering

At least 1 year of technical knowledge in the following areas:

Definition of SW requirements

SW Architectures

Knowledge of ECSS and PUS standards

Ability to design and develop source code in C++ and C language, understanding of assembly code

Experience on SW Test activities

Knowledge of communication protocols (serial lines, buses, networks)

Preferred experience in SW design and coding for space systems for scientific and/or exploratory missions

Risk analysis for computer security. Definition of solutions and knowledge of the most common tools.

Willingness to temporarily move to national and international locations

Teamwork and good communication skills

Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Good ability to work with people with different cultures
