Partners with various HR functional teams to optimize design and configuration of the Workday HCM system to ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy of Human Resources data and processes
Responds to requests for reports containing HR data from across and outside of the organization in an accurate and timely manner and uses discretion and understanding of critical data to resolve when and how it is appropriate to share that data
Project-manages a variety of Workday- related initiatives through all phases of implementation: identification of requirements, design, testing and implementation
Works with functions to develop and implement changes to security in Workday for new and existing processes, reports, and domains
Prepares and maintains Workday documentation
Participates in the development of technology training curricula for users, as needed
Maintains test scripts and coordinates Workday updates
Regularly reviews Workday Community and What’s New reports to identify potential new functionality to be implemented or changes to existing functionality that may benefit the team
Serves as a first line resource to solve issues with Workday security
Required Education & Experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant technology or HR operational work experience
Prior experience with Workday HRIS in an HR functional role or technical role
