Fullstack Developer (Remote)

Overview

At ConsiderBeyond, we are building a global platform where conscious consumers can discover conscious brands worldwide. ConsiderBeyond app helps consumers find brands and products that are more conscious and bring better positive social and environmental impact. We curate content, products, and brands that allow consumers to consume more thoughtfully and find like-minded people in the community app. We are an early-stage startup, working on our Beta app service.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Considerbeyond, you will be responsible for architect and build best-in-class applications and web-platform. You will work closely with our internal partners across all lines of business to build personalized customer care experiences for their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack cross-platform mobile application (android and iOS) development experience (Flutter and React Native)
• Full-stack experience of Web development - front (ReactJs or similar) and backend (Node.js or similar)
• Proven experience in shipping high-quality product features on schedule
• Familiarity with principles of good user experience
• Awareness of web performance best-practice, developing for accessibility and SEO
• Writing functional and integration tests
• Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements.

Preferred

• Full stack engineer with 3+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or similar)
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, like React, AngularJS, or Ember.
• Strong in Java experience or the ability to ramp up in Java quickly
• Strong knowledge of building restful APIs for internal and external products
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their systems, build custom solutions, integrate with these systems and deploy the solution
• Strong data structures, algorithms and design patterns knowledge
• Demonstrable ability to work across multiple teams to deliver an end product
• Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
