Job Description :

We are looking for well-rounded and driven individuals with a strong background in Computer Science. This role will participate in the whole development cycle of a high frequency trading operation. We are looking for a team player who is

• enthusiastic in software programming ( preferable but not limited to C++/Python )
• having great attention to details with the ability to learn and solve problems efficiently
• productive and capable of delivering high quality of code and research under time pressure and resource limitations

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve our electronic trading systems
• Implement exchange connectivities to support market data and order management on new trading venues
• Work with quants and traders on researching and implementing new trading strategies
• Support trading operation in trading hours

Requirements

• Minimum: bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a scientific or engineering field
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with UNIX-based systems
• Strong communications skills and good ability to multitask
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Staying current with new technologies

Desired Skills

• Experience with Python, Boost and C++11 upward
• Experience with the finance and trading industry
• Experience with Linux kernel/module development
• A history of contributing to open source software
• Strong background in math and statistics
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
