Job Description :

Technical Design

• Positively and respectfully contribute thoughts into design discussions within the team, then accept consensus outcome and commit to completing works with grace.
• Feedback from team and Delivery Lead, Lead and Senior Engineers.

Engineering

• Solve problems!
• Contribute to the design and implementation of production-ready, engineered software and processes.
• Contribute to high-level feature elaboration and design
• Receive and incorporate technical advice from leaders via code reviews, technical guidance and training.
• Size and complete stories within a sprint as per the agreed acceptance criteria

Agile Delivery

• Work within an Agile Scrum, actively contributing to Agile ceremonies and leading when required.
• Accept and own Stories, from genesis to completion, providing concise and accurate updates to the Delivery Lead, completing Stories to agreed specifications of quality, fitness-for-purpose, and delivery timeframe.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from Delivery Lead.

Ways of Working

• Produce engineering outcomes that meet the teams Ways of Working including all documentation, unit testing coverage, code within quality scores, completing acceptance target.
• Wherever feasible, adopt and leverage existing technology frameworks and processes agreed by the team that are used within the engagement.
• Refactor code and pay down tech-debt within the delivery budget.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from Lead Engineer.
