    Job Description :

    Responsibilities

    • The incumbent is responsible to design and develop software solutions for manual and automated warehousing operations in support of the company’s complete products portfolio, in accordance with Swisslog concepts and standards, processes and guidelines.
    • He shall undertake the delivery of a defined part of a project, including design, implementation, testing, integration (in-house and on-site) and documentation.
    • Participate in analysis and software requirement gathering.
    • Development and testing of WMS system and application software.
    • Create design specification according to requirement specification.
    • Implement the solution according to design specification
    • Create and enhance test plan, test cases and release note.
    • Ensuring quality of work through project life cycle.
    • Identify cause of bug and apply fixes.
    • Ensure the project is implemented successfully within schedule

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Web development using Java programming language.
    • Proven track record in at least three of the following:
    1. Working experience in JEE, EJB 3.0, JSF, JPA, SOAP XML, SQL Server, Oracle
    2. Experience in Oracle Weblogic, Wildfly, Maven, Eclipse IDE, Jenkins CI is added advantage.
    • Understanding of real time programming, relational database concepts and architecture
    • Strong hands on development skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • An active team player and customer focus.
    • Able to adhere to priorities and meet tight dateline.
    • Willing to travel and work overseas is added advantage
