    Job Description

    • Experienced technology professional participating in development, configuration, implementation, and support of application systems with limited guidance in their domain.
    • Interfaces with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and clients to clarify requirements
    • Works independently, with limited guidance, to develop, configure, code and test programs of low to medium complexity
    • Presents all work in design review and code review sessions to senior team members and can articulate support decisions made and actions taken.
    • Contributes to design specifications for low to medium complexity work assigned.
    • Prepares documentation that describes installation and operating procedures, including application user guides, with limited guidance.
    • Provides first and second level troubleshooting, technical and operational support with limited guidance.
    • Uses flowcharts to support processing logic.
    • Tests own work and contributes to the development of test plans
    • Assists other team members with their assignments (e.g., onboarding junior team members).
    • Working knowledge of multiple programming languages (included Java), tools and technologies.
    • Demonstrable understanding of application development methods and the fundamentals of requirements specification, design, development and testing of business applications systems.
    • Understanding of technical architecture, application landscape, test and deployment automation and IT environment, as well as tools used in development, deployment and testing.
    • Ability to contribute to building automated tests and release and deploy pipelines using recommended tools in focus.
    • Estimates own work effort for input to planning sessions.
    • Escalates delays, issues, risks, and highlights to managers, leads and scrum masters.
    • Learns and strictly follows and occasionally suggests improvements to the SDLC processes within area of focus.

    Understands the structure and processes of the QRG Technology organization, including the roles of team members and the information and/or resources they may require.

    • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of business processes/functions pertaining to area of focus.
    • Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of all applications and systems within area of focus
    • Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of integrations across systems within area of focus
    • Develops basic understanding of the retail industry
    • Understands the impacts of regulations, laws and company policies, standards and procedures to their role.
    • Participates in technical design. Can develop from specifications, under limited guidance.
    • Can troubleshoot applications problems and address them with limited support.
    • Effectively identifies and escalates issues as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with team on definition of test criteria, building of test scripts/automation and execution of the same.
    • Provides first and second level troubleshooting, technical and operational support with limited guidance.
    • Uses flowcharts to support processing logic.
    • Share’s knowledge effectively with other team members and continue to build and begin leveraging internal networks.
    • Responds to user problems, including issues escalated from team members.

    Builds productive networks with internal clients.

    • Assist in technical design under the guidance of more senior team members. May participate in review of vendor proposals.
    • May lead phases of a project. Escalates delays, issues, risks and highlights to project managers and/or project leads.
    • Receives general direction. Work in progress is reviewed routinely.
    • Required to create or choose an approach or procedure from a variety of complex options for addressing a work task.
    • Escalates issues to the appropriate party when required.

    Requirement

    • BS in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of related experience
    • Experience Adobe Experience Manager
