Project Description:

• We are a team of Application Security enthusiasts who have been helping create secure applications for a huge telecom provider in Europe for over 10 years.
• If you have development experience and an interest in becoming a white hat, we invite you to a 3-month training course. The training course assumes employment from the first day and further work as an Application Security Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• business requirements and application architectures analysis;
• security-focused code review;
• security standards compliance assessment.
• We know how to break systems, and how to make them secure, and we are ready to teach.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 2+ years of experience in one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript (React), or Python.
• Experience in Web apps development (full-stack experience as a plus), strong knowledge of how the web works (HTTP, DOM, CORS, Cookies).
• Good knowledge of web security mechanisms (HTTPS, SOP, CSP, Cookie security attributes).
• Spoken and written English at Intermediate+ level.
• Willingness to develop in the Application Security field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Be familiar with the basic concepts of information security, cryptography, secure protocols and algorithms.
• Be familiar with OWASP Top 10 and other vulnerabilities taxonomies, have experience in fixing them.
