Need to collaborate and coordinate with the application and sales consultants to continuously improve the marketability and quality of the Human Resource software applications.
Require to prepare technical documentation during development and conduct training to our application and sales consultant.
Innovativeness and creativity towards improving development process, product quality and features.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years related working experience (for senior position).
Knowledge and have programming experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
Experience in developing sophisticated web applications using C# .NET / AJAX/ jQuery / HTML5/ MS SQL Server will have an added advantage. (For senior position).
Able to independently carry out the development work according to specification provided with high degree of self-driven and motivation is a must.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Lead, supervise, train and groom team subordinates (for senior position).
