The role

There are 2 contract positions available with 2 clients. Both contracts are till June 30th, 2023. The current team consists of a business analyst documenting business requirements, prioritising backlog & managing business change, with 3 developers and a testing team. Our client requires an additional Developer to support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics enhancements and upgrades in line with business requirements as directed by the development lead and prioritised backlog.The current team is working through a backlog of major enhancements as well as supporting production bug fixing from a level 3 perspective. In parallel, the team have embarked on an upgrade from CRM version 8.2 to CRM 9, which is intended to be completed in FY23.

Role Deliverables

Reporting to the Executive Director ICT, the successful candidate will be required to work

With The Product Delivery Team And To

• Develop and deliver complex solutions that meet client business requirements, managing the development lifecycle process across scoping, build, test, release and support.
• Ensure high quality standards and processes are met with regards to unit testing, peer review, technical documentation, and adequate handover to ICT support teams.
• Provide regular updates to team leadership on the status of applications solution development, including advice on how any challenging issues with their brief may be resolved.
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with project team and business stakeholders.
• Identify and report issues and risks.

Mandatory

• 5 years' experience in .NET application development (C# or VB.Net, ASP.NET). Angular HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, Web API.
• Experience working with Microsoft CRM 2013/2016/365 including creating client-side scripting, workflows, and plugins.

Highly Desirable Requirements

• Experience with testing methodologies.
• Experience of SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, GIT, and release management.
• Experience in developing with API driven architecture.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills including report writing and presentation skills. Able to communicate at all levels within the organisation; and
• Experience in a cross functional team and taking on other roles including but not limited to backlog management, release planning, documentation, training and training material.
• Understanding of UX/UI principals, excellent visual skills with sensitivity to user centred interaction.
• Knowledge of Unified Client Interface and model driven apps in Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of deploying and managing applications using tools such as Octopus; and Understanding of database systems such as MSSQL, MYSQL, NOSQL, SSRS
