The Role And Responsibilities
 

• You are an important cog in the overall service delivery wheel
• You will configure product suites as detailed in customer specifications.
• You get involved in the delivery of remote configuration and support to our customers
• You will be working closely with our clients and being their ‘go to’ when it comes to configuration
• There will be opportunity to coordinate projects from conception to completion

Knowledge & Experience
 

• A keen interest in IT Software & Services
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Strong eye for detail
• Ability to problem solve and identify patterns
• Have a particular industry interest in sectors such as aerospace, life sciences, healthcare or financial services
