Do you have DevOps or software developer experience, and are you seeking a new job in Surrey? Nigel Frank International is helping a collaborative company recruit a DevOps Engineer, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to �90,000 pa and a benefits package.

In this embedded software engineer role, you will be playing a key role in delivering, operating and maintaining our growing suite of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Proactive monitoring of production and other environments to ensure stability, availability, security and integrity
• Reduce or eliminate manual or repetitive tasks, reducing or removing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our services
• Contribute to the design, build and operational management of reliable, secure, and available services operating 24x7
• Plan and deploy new services and versions into production
• Provide engineering level on call support
   

To apply, you will need solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar type of role. You will also require the following:

• Experience running 24x7 services in a public cloud, ideally Azure
• Experience with monitoring/observability solutions, preferably Datadog, as well as incident response solutions, like PagerDuty
• Sound automation expertise, hands-on with some programming languages, e.g PowerShell, Azure CLI or Python
• Good knowledge of networking and cloud security
