Under the hierarchical responsibility of the IS Supply Chain Domain Manager, within the Core team, the LIBERATION domain manager handles all work requests relating to the LIBERATION application with the support of a technical administrator.
Responsibilities
Management of corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Liberation (ServiceNow Application)
Manage the priorities of correction and evolution requests in consultation with the Liberation key users representing the marketing, logistics/procurement, master data, quality, finance, legal, customs and IT business teams
Coordinate development work
Organize the acceptance phases, the user test phases and the production release of the patches made to the application and the new functionalities delivered on the Quality, training and production environments
Support for change and production: participate in user training, provide deployment support to users in the divisions (analysis of local specificities, analysis of problems raised during the data validation)
Manage the functional and technical administration of Liberation with the support of the support team
Reporting progress
Manage the budget of the Liberation application domain
Develop a document database of knowledge as part of the transfer of skills from the Core team to the Support team
Carry out audits of the Liberation processes as part of continuous improvement
Manage DRP plan
Management of the suppliers of the platform supporting Liberation
Lead periodic project committees with the integrator of the ServiceNow solution and the ServiceNow publisher
Manage the contractual documents with the integrator and the software publisher
Set up and monitor the KPIs (SLA, etc.) and ensure the availability of the application in accordance with the service contracts service set up with the ServiceNow publisher
Ensure the interface with the integrator and the publisher:
Participate in the configuration of the Servicenow.com platform and the creation of workflows. Opportunity to participate in the design, development, configuration, integration and optimization of ServiceNOW solutions.
Team management
Build and coordinate a level 1 to 3 support team to respond to user requests
Set up a Third-party application maintenance with the integrator
Expertise
Participate in pre-study work as an expert on the ServiceNow solution
Project management from the scoping phase to production on the ServiceNow platform
Project scoping with team staffing
Manage the project: planning development, team coordination, etc.
Collection of functional needs with business experts
Design: Write the notebooks functional and technical loads
Development: coordinate development work
Acceptance: manage and coordinate application acceptance with the support of the Support team Support
