Job Description :

You will:

Perform activities necessary to take a design from concept to production which may include architecture definition, schematic reviews, design reviews, feature implementation, debug, test, issue resolution and factory support.

• Drive product issues to closure with true root cause and a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Partner and work across organizations and sites to ensure success in the business
• Exert influence cross-functionally to meet goals and support the team
• Interaction with extended teams locally and at other Dell Development centers worldwide

Essential Requirements

• Experience – 5-8 Years
• Experience in code review using C or C++
• Experience in SAS, SATA, and SCSI protocols.
• Experience in UEFI, Windows, VMWare and Linux OS debug skills
• Experience in RAID technologies such as: striping, caching, parity, failure & recovery, redundancy, storage performance, and hardware acceleration.
• Experience in firmware, device drivers, server and storage management applications
• Experience in creating and executing tests, including identifying pre-conditions, data setup, assumptions, document test steps and expected results
• Experience with Test Management Tools
• Experience in virtualization.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Python scripting and high availability storage subsystems is highly desirable.
