Job Description :

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. Your primary focus will be on the development of all backend server-side components and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well-designed and high-quality code. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across teams.

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Python/C/C++/Java on Unix/Linux or Windows platform
• A strong understanding of complex concepts related to computer architecture, data structures, algorithms, design concepts, and programming practices.
• Experience in working with SoA
• Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS)
• Experience in the Backup or Storage domain will be preferred

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc
• Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the design/development of features
• Responsible for the complete software development cycle.
• Gathering & understanding requirements.
• Design, development & implementation independently.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Will be able to work on end-to-end features.

Qualification:

B.Tech /B.E / M.E./ M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent.
