Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

• Typically, 7+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience CI, build, and deployment technologies like Gitlab CI/CD , Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Developing test automation frameworks(e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Cypress) and REST API testing framework
• Building tools and automating engineering workflow.
• Enhancing existing CI / CD pipelines wiath better integration tests and Framework.
• Working with docker containers, training and deployment in the cloud .
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and AWS tooling
• Solid coding experience in Java or Javascript
•  Leadership experience working with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills and excellent collaboration skills
• Nice to have: experience in specific areas like AI/ML, data, mobile, native, product development, and design, experience with DevOps tools like Ansible tower and AWS, have previously built open source software integrated by other developers

Expected Outcomes in 12 months:
--Improving our existing build, test, and deploy pipelines or building them from the ground up
--Ensure code quality and health during a rapid development process by incorporating tools such as static code analysis, code coverage, unit testing, etc. into the development process without slowing people down.
--Improve and implement release related engineering best practices to improve time to delivery and reduce cost through automation. Communicate effectively with engineering stakeholders on testing and quality strategic plans.
--Build the core libraries and frameworks that provide a unified tooling ecosystem
--Pioneering our container-based development environment, which uses Kubernetes and Docker
