    Where do you come into the picture?

    We are building a new business unit at NIUM to simplify the global payment stack for Digital goods including mobile gaming, eLearning, digital collectibles etc.

    Requirements

    What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?

    If you are someone who loves the entropy at work, collaborating for clarity, believes in small things in production leads to perfection, it will be our privilege to have you onboard. Welcome home programmer!

    • Develop and deploy new features for the core product. As a member of the founding team, work closely cross-function and develop, deploy, learn and iterate on MVPs

    • Enhance and maintain existing code / functionality

    • Write clean, documented and extensible code

    • You will work independently and handle dependencies with very minimal oversight.

    • Provide new creative solutions and ideas for continued product improvement

    • Evaluate and modify software architecture to improve product performance and reliability

    • Evaluate and be a part of key decisions on tech stacks and development planning

    • Work with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and development milestones are delivered on time

    • Work effectively with external parties in collaborative projects

    • Cultivate a learning environment among developers for continuous improvement

    • Maintain a high standard of development documentation among all team members What Expertise would you need? We would love to hear about

    • Speed over right fit and right fit over speed cases that you would like to share with us in your journey as a programmer/creator.
