    e OSNY's CEPS (Platform and Systems Center of Excellence) is in charge of delivering products in response to customer needs in 3 main markets: Identity, Police and Border Control.

     

    One of the flagship products is the MBSS suite (MultiBiometric System, IDEMIA's biometric engine) deployed in several hundred copies around the world and managing a total of nearly 2 billion people in its databases.


     

    In recent years, the MBSS suite has taken the turn of the cloud with its new MBSS Cloud Native (MCN) thanks to a complete redesign of the solution in services.

     

    The MBSS suite also offers, via the MILK product, "evergreen" migration features that allow you to stay at the forefront of biometric recognition without changing the host system.


     

    Ceps works with several BUs whose technical teams are located in France (Osny in particular) and also in IDEMIA's local locations abroad (UAE, USA, Australia, etc.).

     

    Ceps also works – within IDTech – with Centers of Excellence located in Bochum (Germany), Casablanca (Morocco) and Anaheim (near Los Angeles in the USA).


     

    MBSS has been pursuing flawless growth for several years. To support this success, we are recruiting an experienced developer.


     

    Missions:


     

    Within a team working in agile mode (scrum), the incumbent is in charge of the development of new functionalities of a biometric search backend system. In this capacity, he is involved in the design, development, documentation, and works closely with the other members of the team, including the specs and testing team.


     

    The incumbent:


     

    Participates in the agile rituals of the project

    Carries out development work in accordance with the needs expressed, respecting the expectations in terms of costs, deadlines and quality

    Participates in design work

    Participates in the definition and implementation of automated unit tests (Jenkins)

    Participates in the drafting of technical documentation

    Participates in the reporting and correction of anomalies

    Participates in code reviews

    Actively supports other team members

    Intervenes on level 3 support missions, with IDEMIA integration teams, with support teams and / or in customer proximity

    Intervenes in expertise, collection of the need with customers or integration teams.


     

    Candidate Profile – Who are we looking for?


     

    Java developer, with a good knowledge of Linux, continuous integration processes (Jenkins, Maven, Hudson), configuration management (SVN) and anomalies (Jira), code analysis tools (SonarQube).

    Trained in secure development practices

    Working knowledge of security scanning tools (Trivy, SonarCube, NexusIQ)

    Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), micro services and infrastructures based on Docker & Kubernetes

    Knowledge of Terraform, Helm deployment tools
