Job Description :

You Will Get To

• Provide functional and technical expertise to develop technical design specifications for software and database solutions
• Develop solutions following proven development methodologies
• Design, code and test ReadyTech software applications and software solutions, including databases
• Mentor and support less experienced developers
• Attend and contribute to company development meetings
• Create and assist with associated design, system and user documentation
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate requirements for solutions
• Interpret user requirements to design suitable solutions
• Review and improve existing code
• Train users how to get the most out of STRATA
• Ensure that solutions are developed within agreed budgets and time frames whilst achieving necessary requirements and systems security standards.
• Provide operational support for existing software solutions. This may include analysing systems and data; monitoring systems performance; diagnosing problems and resolving these with users; making appropriate changes to documentation.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience
• Experience in creating scalable programs and designing solutions that are user friendly
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Extensive C# experience
