The successful candidate will participate in a largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He/She needs to provide the high quality assurance for the developed systems/functions before the user acceptance testing. From each system faults, he/she can deeply investigate and quickly find out the root cause and rapidly assist developers to solve the problem
Job Duties
He / She is required to perform the following scope of duties:
Lead and coordinate testing / quality activities to promote delivery excellence
Conduct data collection / analysis and produce various analytical reports relating to dynamic business needs
Proactively manage testing and quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking
Assist in the development of Test Cases and make suggestions on testing scenarios to achieve high quality testing results
Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Assistant
The Person
Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT profession / Quality Assurance
Knowledgeable of testing tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
Knowledgeable in SDLC, end-to-end testing and agile methodologies
Experience in developing testing plan
Experience in ISO standards, risk management or programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage
Experience in basic UNIX commands and Oracle DB SQL
Prior working experience in BSS/OSS systems or software product development is advantageous
A self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills to manage and organise multiple tasks
Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
