Job Description :

If you are seeking for challenges and want to develop yourself, join our Bangkok Tools team. We are currently expanding the team within several different products. The team is working together with other teams in USA, India, Germany, Sweden and other countries. Our team is mainly developing software tools intended to configure Alstom’s signaling products. For this position we are looking for a senior C# and .NET software developer. The main product where we will need your support, is the Operator Training Simulator (OTS) product. You are curious, a quick learner and a team worker.

K ey responsibilities:

• Software Development including analysis, design, implementation and test.
• Analysis and estimates of new features.
• Creation of user stories and maintaining of backlogs.
• Support and maintenance of existing features.
• Technical and product domain knowledge within railway signaling systems.
• Technical support and documentation.
• Participate in technical meetings with the system architect and external teams.
• Continuously improve the development process by identifying areas for improvement to increase quality and reduce cost and delay.
   

Education

• Bachelor of Computer Engineer, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information System, Telecommunications or related field.
   

Relevant experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in C# and .NET
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OOP
• Good understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• Experience in JMS (Java Messaging Services)
• Experience in basic network configuration
• Experience in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
• Optional but good to have experience in OPC (Open Platform Communication)
• Optional but good to have experience in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), modbus protocol
• Experience of Git version control software
• Experience in working in global projects
• Experience in agile software development
• Experience in complex software projects
• Experience of working with change management software
• English – professional proficiency required
