Job Description

• Actively coach and advise junior developers to improve their coding skill
• Ensure that your team can deliver results/coding that meet our internal standard according to the sprint

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in related fields
• Provide technical solutions of medium scope and complexity and estimate time needed to solve problems
• Expertise in programming using C# .NET and REST API. (Expertise in other programming languages such as Node.js, TypeScript or Golang etc. would be an advantage)
• Advise junior developers in evaluating and cascading their tasks in JIRA
• Ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested, and highly-scalable codes/solutions
• Take charge in reviewing and commenting on codes developed by the team using Pull Request
• Strong understanding in developing codes and optimizing query that connect with relational databases (Experience with Microsoft SQL framework with LINQ would be advantage)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skill
