Job Description :

As a Full Stack / Backend developer, you will be assuming the role of a technical expert for solution design and development. You will partner with project managers, business stakeholders and product owners to understand their requirements and translate into technical implementation. You will work closely with solution architects and business analyst to code the requirements and plan for testing. As you will have touch base with the cross-team engineers and developers, an excellent communication skill, collaborative skills, problem solving and creating quality products is essential. Your job also involves bugs identification, fixing and ensuring the quality and reliability of the solutions prior to deployment to production. The role will require you to implement and support Global IT solutions by using emerging techniques / technologies including user centricity, responsive design, and cloud/on premise solutions. You will need to evaluate IT solutions and alternatives for economic and operational feasibility.

A Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant education

• At least 3 years of experience as Software Engineer, in an enterprise context
• A big desire to learn and willingness to learn!
• Know how to design, plan, and implement end-to-end solutions. Also, knowledge of sales processes would make a nice addition.
• Knowledge in cloud microservices development and event driven architecture patterns, as well as Spring Boot, Play or other microservices frameworks for Java
• Love for Test Driven Development, code quality and security
• Aware about agile methodology and agile mindset in an agile way
• A strong personality with focus on achieving results.
