• Key Responsibilities : 1Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and provide out of the box solution 2Developing configuring, testing and deploying Workday configuration work items to meet business requirements Analyzes 3Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to existing HR functional modules Use Core HCM Workdays experience for implementing enhancements and fixing production issu
• Technical Experience : 1 Workday Core HCM and custom reports Workday integration tools EIB and Basic knowledge on Workday studio Experience in full-lifecycle 2 Workday implementations and upgrade Knowledge of Agile Scrum process
• Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
