• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Collaborating with the other developers and other team members to establish objectives and
• Work with team to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve the target capabilities and
   

leverage the platform effectively

• Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities based on business
   

requirements and solution design

• Supply expertise in Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management
   

techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations

• Design, develop, test, document and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce
• Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices
   

are maintained

• Collaborate with architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team
   

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years of experience as a software developer or related position
• Ability to develop solutions requiring analysis and research
• Knowledge and experience in the business areas of retail is highly beneficial
• Ability to cultivate an understanding of what the business is trying to achieve while working with a standard
   

technology stack to define effective and efficient solutions

• Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Working knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and concepts
• Experience working with Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual
   

Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), API, SOQL and SOSL

• Experienced in Salesforce Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing custom Salesforce applications and analytics
• Experience in one or more multi-org Salesforce implementations
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
