BlockTech has grown tremendously from its HQ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and has opened a new office in September 2022 in Singapore. Would you like to be part of the exciting growth of a scale-up in cryptocurrency derivatives trading? We are now looking for a Quantitative Developer to join the team in Singapore!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quantitative Developer who is passionate about (cryptocurrency) derivatives markets and wants to join a scale-up with an excellent track record and growth potential in an innovative and fast-growing industry.

As a Quantitative Developer, you will be working on the infrastructure of our platform, e.g. the specification and implementation of our mathematical models, as part of a very ambitious Scrum/Agile team.

At BlockTech, you have the freedom to choose the path that leads to the solution and get a lot of responsibility.

What do we require from you?

• An academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics (or any other quantitative field)
• Experience working with Python, C++ and/or Rust
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven versatility and ability to pick up new technologies and learn systems quickly
• A positive can-do attitude and a creative mind
• Willingness to commit long-term
