Job Description :

Given the fast-paced cryptocurrency environment, we highly rely on an accurate and efficient trading system for trade execution and risk management. As a quantitative developer in Satori Research, you have on both infrastructure and strategy development. You will be assisting building and maintaining our firm’s trading systems and our office’s programming framework. (Backtesting System, Order Management, Portfolio Management and Record Management). You will be working closely with traders, quants and developers.

Our ideal candidate has experience in developing with Python and a clear understanding of web frameworks, API and database. You will also have the flexibility to do research on trading strategies both in Cefi and Defi of your own interests on our infrastructure.

If you are interested in Web3 Technology (writing smart contract), you will also have opportunity to be involved in our DeFi/ NFT projects.

Responsibilities

· Maintaining and enhancing our inhouse electronic trading system and monitoring system.

· Exchanges connectivity development and in-house database management.

· Continuously improving the current trading strategies and conduct back testing and data analysis for the purpose of research.

· Improve efficiency by automating internal manual operational work.

· Performing post-trade analysis on daily trading activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in computer science, information technology or related subjects.

· Proven work experience in Python and SQL

· Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs

· Exposure to cloud platform (e.g. AWS)

· Passionate on Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency

· Sensitive in numbers

· Knowledge of the usage of Kubernetes or Dockers is a plus

· Interest and experience in cryptocurrency trading/ finance is a plus

· Knowledge in C++, Go, Rust or Solidity will be an advantage
