Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Analyse user requirements to design and implement test plan, and ensure test coverage;
• Respond feature test, integration test and performance test of systems;
• Provide test result record and track issue status updates/status;
• Support and coordinate closely with internal teams to understand user requirements;
• Report and provide feedback to make improvement in the quality of deliverable as well as the QA process;
• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance operation or additional work flow updates or process;
• Ad hoc involvement in tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor/team leader;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the higher position

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in quality assurance or software testing, with F&B or retails exposure is a definite advantage;
• Experience in test tool (i.e. Postman, Chrome Dev Tools etc.);
• Strong knowledge in QA process and methodology;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills;
• Fast learner, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
