t all started when two guys found a huge problem with the coffee industry. Instant coffee lacked the same robust flavor and profile that premium brewed coffee had. Furthermore, instant coffee couldn’t fulfill the instant need for iced coffee or any type of cold coffee beverage. As avid coffee drinkers, we knew there had to be a better way to combine convenience and quality, and thus Javy was born. Javy seeks to fuel creativity and motivation with convenient yet premium easy to make, versatile coffee.

The process to make our flagship product, Microdose, is very complex. To get such a refined liquid coffee concentrate requires a lot of science and art. At the core, Javy strives to ethically source its coffee beans from organic farms with direct trade relationships, while also infusing the most pure water possible. Through dedicated and passionate craftsmanship, Javy remains at the forefront of coffee innovation!

The Role

Responsibilities

• Point of contact and project leader for all major initiatives
• Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, and other groups involved in a project
• Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems
• Interface between teams and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle to ensure a 360 implementation
• Drive cross functional teams to adherence of business processes and to planning calendar milestones
• Build lasting relationships with internal and external partners by creating ongoing value for both sides and ensuring outstanding communication and follow-through on commitments
• Stays current on digital and eCommerce trends

Ideal Profile

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong comprehension of existing company platforms including ClickUp, GSuite, Notion, and Shopify
• Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various team and lead group discussions towards desired solutions
• Must have a clear vision of a project's objectives and be able to maintain a long term view
• Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrently
• Remove obstacles for the team or direct obstacles to appropriate owners for quick resolution
• Successful delivery of multiple and simultaneous eCommerce projects on a global level
• Effective working independently with little or no supervision or as a part of a team as a contributor or team lead
• A solid working knowledge of new software development lifecycles and the ability to train others
• 1-2 years of proven experience creating and managing project plans through a full lifecycle of development with multiple teams and technologies
