Key member in ITCR team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementation of CR related to Pega within timeline, budget and scope
Participates in the design and development of Pega applications and/or Pega Reports using technical tools to create solutions and debug problems that occur in the deployment of applications
Produces proposed changes impact analysis to Pega applications within own area of responsibility
To provide program specification and development
To perform Unit Testing, SIT and support UAT
To initiate source code requests
To prepare system migration procedure to Change Management for implementation
To provide all technical (Detailed Level Design) and operational documentation
To be up to date on the current development methodologies, technologies and standards
To regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress standards
Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by supervisor
Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures
To provide application support within the warranty period
Key Requirements/ Competencies
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Disciplines or equivalent technical certification or experience
3+ years of general IT application/system development
3+ years of Enterprise CRM (Siebel/Pega/Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Zendesk/SAP CRM/etc.) application development, production configuration and release, and maintenance
Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success
Overall experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out and application maintenance
Experience in architecture design role is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills with good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Able to follow up with external teams to drive action items to completion
Self-confidence and experience in a consulting, client-facing role
Added advantage with experiences in Enterprise CRM application, framework, and BPM tool design and support, including supporting applications in the Banking Industry
Added advantage with strong technical knowledge in Consulting in areas of Pega development and design
Added advantage with overall experience with Pega creating flows, defining rules, creating classes, developing templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UI’s in PRPC
