Job Description :

Requirement analysis, Design, implement and maintain the applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes
-Should be able to lead a team of 15 Developers/QA/SA and provide directions to them on a day-to-day basis
-Should be able to lead the Scrum calls in the absence of a Scrum Master
-Should be able to coordinate with QA team
-Should be able to coordinate with onshore stakeholders
-Should be able to Coordinate with business and IT leadership teams and drive the necessary initiatives.
-Should be an active member in adding value to the organization

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Education Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 14 years of regular qualification as no correspondence courses can be considered.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong Pega hands on and experience in application modernization.
• Minimum 10 years of Pega experience and Pega CSSA certification
• Should have good experience in design, development, and support
• Should have experience in application debugging and troubleshooting
• Should have experience in analyzing logs & alerts
• Experience in ReactJS or other modern front-end technologies will be good to have.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have experience working in Agile methodology
• Should have good understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries
• Should have the right attitude to take up and drive challenging tasks.
• Should have the understanding of the architecture and design principles
• Should know how to maneuver the team members and get the work done
• Should be able to clearly articulate the design or solution to all the stakeholders
• Should be a leader who can drive the fellow team members in technology field
• Should be able to provide direction and trainings to the team members who are technology career aspirants.
• Should have experience in cloud-based implementations
