    Job Description :

    In this role, you will;

    • Take responsibility for the effective management of all phases of projects from initial establishment, BU coordination and delivery, through to handover and project closure.
    • Establish a network of key relationships with the Client’s organization, particularly with clients BU’s, in order to ensure smooth delivery of MAC projects.
    • Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence within the team.
    • Ensure effective communication with the property / facilities management team and each respective property manager/director.
    • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met.
    • Establish a detailed overall project program that sets clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Be required to undertake weekend supervisory works.
       

    General Responsibilities

    • Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations.
    • Managing multiple small works projects at the same time, coordinating any projects dependencies
    • Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts.
    • Coordinating the activities of the project team including designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators and other stakeholders.
    • Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.
    • Supporting landlord and tenant negotiations (where necessary)
    • Proactively communicating project status with clients.
    • Providing detailed financial and schedule reports utilizing our PM software platform.
    • Leading project meetings; ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed.
    • Foreseeing and mitigating project risks and issues.
    • Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking key performance indicators.
       



    Financial Management

    • Assist the client with obtaining information for the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
    • Ensure adherence to the contract
    • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s), service levels and other measures as contracted
       

    Operations

    • Responsible for using the available technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems
    • Assist with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and processes for the account
    • Help to drive client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
    • Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account
    • Drive regional consistency in the account in terms of service delivery
    • Ensure consistency in reporting.
