Infotel has been supporting the IT and Business Departments of large companies for more than 40 years (BNP Paribas, Banque de France, BPCE, Airbus, PSA, AXA and AG2R, etc.). Today, nearly 2,600 people have joined the group (Paris, Toulouse, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Lille, Rennes, Nantes, Monaco...). In 2020, we achieved a turnover of €235.2 million.

Infotel Conseil, a specialist in IT projects, intervenes for all our clients on the management and evolution of their IT assets. 14 service centers (France whole) are in support of our projects in AT, ATG, TMA, TRA or package.

OAIO, our business & digital subsidiary, focuses on consulting, design and innovation issues. The objective is to be able to combine development, business expertise and digital strategy in a common and agile dynamic and to be present from the design stage.

Missions

The objectives of the CDS are mainly to ensure:

- corrective maintenance (MCO) of the sites entrusted to us in compliance with SLAs.

- Preventive maintenance: anticipating malfunctions and applying preventive treatments.

- Adaptive maintenance: evolve the technical bases and implement the upgrades of versions of the tools.

- Evolutionary maintenance: evolve customer sites according to new business needs.

- The redesign of the sites when requested by the customer.

- A technological watch on the tools related to institutional sites.

- A pooling of skills and technical versatility of the CDS teams.

The Service Centre is currently composed of:

· a Project Director,

· a Project Manager,

· a Tech Lead

· 3 developers.

Description of the tasks performed

o Provide N3 support to internal and external teams,

o Analyze technical and functional problems and propose fixes,

o Develop patches,

o Update sources with Git,

o Set up unit and functional tests,

o Carry out integration tests,

o Assist the customer in the functional recipe phases,

o Package and prepare the MEP,

o Ensure the Production,

o Write technical documentation,

o Ensure the technical migrations of the bases,

o Carry out the various evolutions requested by the customer,

o Participate in task specification and scheduling meetings,

o Integrate graphic models,

o Creation and adaptation of modules, features, paragraphs, themes, views ...
