Responsibilities:

• Developing in Java

• Understanding the technology stack and how it impacts their development approach.

• Agile development of feature based deliverables.

• Thorough testing of features built.

• Adhering to design guidelines and standards.

• Ensuring builds are completed without errors.

• Bug fixing

• Configure new reconciliation points and maintain existing instances of Application.

• Second line support along with the rest of the dev team.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Basic Knowledge of Java Language (1.5 years and above)

• Basic understanding the developing in a real-time, high performance, transactional environment

• Basic understanding of the data structures and algorithms

• Basic understanding of multithreading

• Knowledge of XML.

• Unix command line interface

• Understanding performance issues

• Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills.
