The post holder will provide effective assistance across all aspect of the business and will provide support to his functional Manager & line Manager. He/she will be working as a Java Full Stack Trainer. Experience in Core Java, Advanced Java. The post holder will be responsible for Maintain the clear understanding of current Information Security trends and best practices. Extensive experience in Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, Core Java, Advance Java, Microservices.

What You'll Do

• Conducting Training for Freshers Laterals etc. for Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
• Create Question Banks Revamp existing courses
• Launch new Courses for contents like Only Core Java, Only Spring and Spring Boot
• Keep yourself updated as per the version as well for new technologies
• Get certified in specific technologies Curate Contents for specific technologies through different
• Content Providers with different tools kind of LMS, LXP. Mentor candidates in Mini Project
• Activity with Agile methodology
• Creating and maintaining course content/PPT/demos
• Mentor junior team members

Expertise You'll Bring

• At least 5 years of hands on experience on application development and implementation experience using Java/J2EE, Spring- Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Javascript, Javascript Frameworks React or Angular, JPA and Oracle SQL, RESTful Web services
• Experience with jUnit
• Experience with Subversion, Github
• Experience with Maven or Gradle
• Experience with deploying applications in WebSphere Application Server or Tomcat.
• Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities, mitigation experience with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10
• Should be well versed with test driven development and be knowledgeable on associated tools and practices
• Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to technical design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to Work directly with US partner teams
• Should be good with SDLC processes and agile methodologies
• Certifications Experience with SONAR and Fortify Experience with Clean Coding concepts
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL,Unix Shell Scripting Working knowledge of IDEs like Eclipse IDE,VSCode IDE
• Working knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence Agile Experience
