Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Users and Technical team on business requirements and production issues.
• Assist business customers with issue resolution successfully preventing production stoppage.
• Utilized probing & problem solving methods to resolve all business user inquiries on first contact.
• Support the team member, and work proactive and responsible.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Skill Set :

• 5+ year of experience as a software developer
• Should be able to communicate with business users in Business Japanese and English
• Mandatory Technologies : Java, J2ee, JSP, Servlet, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot, REST API, Webservices (JavaScript, Microservices)
• Having SQL knowledge
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and propose reference architectures and technology solutions
• Experience in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectation
• Managing both Onsite and Offshore members

Language Requirement:

• Bi-lingual (Japanese N2 above) and Business level of English communication

Others:

• Insurance Experience will be good to have
• Experience of working in a multi cultural environment
• Good to have PCF development skills and technical solutions on Pivotal Cloud Foundry
