Job Description :

Key Accountabilities:

1. Java programming in accordance with Fujitsu's coding standards and practice.
2. Liaison with project manager regarding development project.
3. Assisting and advising the project manager on solutions that meet customer requirements.
4. Accurate and timely programming in Java, DynamoDB and AWS based development to meet requirements of customer specifications.
5. Conducting unit testing of code.
6. Participating in peer code reviews.
7. Compliance with and participating in the ongoing development of the Team quality assurance protocols.
8. Liaison with team to coordinate testing.
9. Responding to tester feedback and correcting any issues identified.
10. Correcting completed source code.
11. Completing all associated documentation.
12. Designing software solutions to meet customer needs.
13. The Developer will also carry out other duties as may be specified from time to time by their Manager
14. This will involve:

• Working as a member of the design team to assist in the development of architecture for complex software solutions.
• Providing mechanisms and algorithms for existing software code
• Assisting in the preparation of accurate documentation to define project agreements, including:
• Writing clear and concise technical documentation using standard templates. Accurately quoting on timetable to deliver programming component
• Accurately estimating time to complete projects
• Defining what is and what is not to be included in the project
• Assisting in the preparation of technical components of RFPs.
• Contributing to client Vertical strategic direction through researching and advising on current technology developments.
• This requires the Developer to maintain and develop their skills in current and emerging technologies.
