Job Description :

**Full Stack Developer**

Solid experience developing production-grade solutions with:

• GraphQL, or

• Golang

• Build scalable, high quality software at high velocity
• Expected to be a developer team member of a squad/project assigned and undertake tasks prioritised during a sprint including be part of a strong development scrum team to create user centric features and applications.
• A senior developer is expected to play the role of a Lead in the squad/project assigned to facilitate software design decisions,
• take up high complexity user stories and participate in code review.
• Work with Product Owner/Scrum Master/Business Analysts and Developers to understand User Stories and contribute to Grooming
• Design.
• Design software collaboratively to realize a feature in a scalable manner
• Produce a documented application design on Confluence/ Knowledge Management System for the User Stories (requirements) through discussion/alignment with Solution Architect and Developers.
• o Design and develop feature within the sprint
• o Actively participate in periodic code reviews.
• o Collaborate on a daily basis with a team of product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand business requirements and user experience goals and pain points.
• o Participate in Agile ceremonies either physically or through Microsoft Teams (for remote developers)
• Testing;
• o Support System Integration Test (SIT)
• o Support User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• o Undertake bug fixes during testing iteration
• Support deployment of code package to the relevant environments as required.
• Involve in managing the release plan of new capabilities and applications, as required.
• Support Production bugs fixing as needed.

Formal Education

• Bachelor degree or above in IT and business related degrees

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry)

• Min. 3-year experience in apps development or related experience
• At least 2 successful involvements in project from development phase into production phase with the vendor
• Knowledge in Restful API
• Frontend Developer: Reactjs (with Google material design)
• Backend Developer: Java Springboot (MyBatis + PostgresQL + Oracle + SonarQueue)

• Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and mobile usability design principles

**Backend Developer**

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT

· - Spring framework, Struts, and Hibernate.

· - JAVA J2EE/JavaScript/HTML/JSP/Servlet/EJB

· - Oracle Database/DB2 Database (add advantage)

· - PL SQL/Store Procedure experience (add advantage)

· - Experience Integration methods. Eg : SOAP/RESTFUL/XML/MQ - (add advantage)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least 4 year(s)

· Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented

· Good in verbal and written English communication skills
