Job Description

• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, deployment, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
• Involved in level 1-3 technical support (servers, helpdesk and systems) for 100 end-users
• AccouResponsibility on these systems include operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation
• Participate in IT projects to migrate, and upgrade systems, etc. Monitor security threat, data integrity, system secutiy & compliance with IT policies
• Provide IT trainings for new staff

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline or Diploma in IT
• MCSE/MCP/MCITP certifications will be beneficial
• 1 year's work or internship experience providing onsite helpdesk support
• Generalist with passion for technology
• Good verbal & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
