Building demonstrators and Proof-of-concepts for our marketing and sales team
Providing excellent and detailed support to our customers, remote and on-site. You are the expert on our software and seen as such by our customers
Support in debugging challenging customer reported issues
Liaise with engineering teams across the globe to make visible customer needs
Contribute to tech talks, trainings, white papers, application notes
Qualifications
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Familiar with working in a customer-oriented environment. Open to communication with customers, both from a technical sales perspective as a customer support perspective
Experience with different microcontroller platforms (ARM Cortex-M), tools (Keil, IAR, GCC, make) and/or with embedded Linux (kernel driver development, userspace applications in C/C++)
Experience with co-debugging software and hardware issues
Problem solver, exhibits a natural tendency to anticipate on customer needs
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin annd Cantonese.
