    Summary

    Firework is a global start-up in high-growth mode with a vision to digitally transform commerce. We are looking for a Growth Hacker in our marketing team to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of Boutir's product and services. This is a cross-functional role that collaborates with sales, product management, and technology teams to develop and implement features and campaigns that will boost digital channel usage, traffic, and revenue.

    What you'll be doing

    • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue.
    • Manage, analyze and optimize digital advertising programs, including retargeting, display and search marketing.
    • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
    • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
    • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.).
    • Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels.
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize campaign performance.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and to reach ROI and KPIs.
       

    We'll be excited if you

    • Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Have prior experience in a similar role.
    • Are familiar with Google SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media and Programmatic channels
    • Have prior FB & Google Ad placement experience
    • Possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
    • You are open-minded, goal-oriented, curious, and a strong problem solver.
    • Have obtained relevant digital marketing certificates (Facebook blueprint/Google) is a plus
