    The company is looking for engineers who have an insatiable curiosity for new technologies and a spirit of challenge to play a central role in the development of the company's products, especially in the front-end environment.

     

    ■About the Position

    The company is looking for a full-stack engineer to be a core member of their product team and be responsible for development work.

    The company has decided to introduce a 1,000-employee enterprise trial and is now ready to move into full-scale operations.

    Full stack engineer is a position in which you will take ownership of creating your own product, expand your own domain, work on whatever is necessary, and lead product development and release while collaborating with designers and product managers.

     

    Currently, you will focus on new development, as the company is beginning to see what will improve the value of the company for its clients. You will also be involved in brushing up the overall system architecture, optimizing the search mechanism, and linking ML logic and products.

     

    ■Responsibilities

    Front-end development of services

    Development of WebAPI for product integration

    Requirement definition, development, testing, and maintenance of new functions

    Brush up existing architecture

    【Required】

    Empathy with the company's Vision and Mission

    Experience in some responsibility in technology, such as tech lead

    Experience in managing software engineers as a team leader

    Experience in developing WebAPI using frameworks

    Experience developing with major front-end frameworks such as React / Vue / Angular

    Basic knowledge and experience with GCP / AWS / Azure, etc.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

    Experience leading development teams

    Experience developing and operating SaaS products for large toB enterprises

    Knowledge of machine learning, infrastructure, architecture design, and project management

    Contribution to open source projects
