Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains new or improved software products and techniques, working in a semi-autonomous environment where fast prototyping with emerging technologies to solve industry-related problems is the rule.
• Develops of server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
• Develop web front ends application following prototyping
• Collaborate with other developers, users, and product managers to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the solution.
• Ensure the solution is deployable, operable and secure by default.
• Build products and systems that meets the project quality standards and requirements
• Adopts test strategies to ensure and maintain source code quality.

Background

• Bachelors / Masters / PhD degree in computer science or engineering with software experience or education. 3+ years of Full Stack experience or education. 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Have working rights in Malaysia and willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.

Skills And Knowledge

• Experience with one or more backend programming languages– C#, Java, Python..etc
• Experience of one or more open-source framework for front-end development like React, Angular etc.
• Experience continuous integration and continuous delivery technologies with Azure DevOps
• Experience with one or more Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of micro services architecture with experience designing and implement RESTful services
• Knowledge of application networking and troubleshooting
• Knowledge with test driven software development

Qualifications And Experience.

• Proficient in Javascript including NodeJS.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Experience in database operations ( MongoDB / SQL ).
• Experience in maintaining websites.
• Experience developing applications with React & Next.js is a plus.
• Self-motivated, team player and possess abilities and aptitudes to perform the duties listed above with limited supervision.
• Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, strong analytical problem- solving skills and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English
