Job Description :

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Maintain, debug and upgrade custom plug-ins for existing CRM Dynamics implementation.
• Develop new custom plug-ins for an existing CRM Dynamics implementation based on requirements gathered from both internal and external contributors and stake holders.
• Debug existing and develop new JavaScript, React, C#, ASP.NET , MVC, Restful API projects and integrations with other systems and third-party vendors.
• Work with customers to clarify requirements, classify and prioritize user requests, and fix bug requests and operational issues reported by users
• Assist tier 1 support staff and fellow developers with help desk requests and troubleshooting suspected issues with the system.
• Review code written by fellow developers and assist testing code written by fellow developers prior to release to production.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to management teams.
• Excellent problem solving and resolution skills.
• Create diagrams representing current application designs, data architecture and flows.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Proficient with an on-premises (Azure VMs) Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 installation or higher in terms of making configuration changes, troubleshooting existing code and plug-ins, installing third party plug-ins, and writing your own complex custom plugins.
• Proficient with the CRM SDK, custom CRM forms, and Entity and Solution management.
• Proficient with Visual Studio 2022, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET , MVC, Restful APIs, JavaScript, CSS and other similar & related web technologies
• Proficient with SQL Server 2016 and higher and be able to make all design and coding changes for the solution.
• Proficient with SSRS Reports, including editing existing complex reports and building new reports in Visual Studio editor.
• Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory \ Azure AD, Exchange Server \ Office 365 Exchange, Desktop Operating Systems and Office suites.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) Software Development Process and methodologies
• Aware of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and its implementation through pipeline creation.
