Job Description :

This person would be working in a team of project developers and is responsible for 3 key areas:

1. Provide Technical Support – receive issues escalated by Level 1, and either resolve or work with other teams to resolve.
2. As a developer – Full stack developer to work on new features & functions on the continuous development of the system.
3. Collaborate with ETIQA IT team to resolve IT Infrastructure & IT Security matters.

We are looking for an innovative person to build scalable, high performing systems, APIs and web portals using a micro-services architecture approach to provide support for Etiqa's system.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new features and functions for the system.
• Receive and manage technical support cases.
• Troubleshoot and identify area of issues, provide immediate solution where possible.
• Participate and lead in projects either Scrum or Sprint.

Job Requirements

• Experience with full stack developing, from Front-End Programming (NodeJS, Progressive Web App, Responsive Web, Electrons etc.) to API middleware, and to Back-End Data Structure, using popular techs such as Redis, MongoDB, MariaDB etc.
• Experience creating modern REST API, as well as the latest GraphQL interface for cross platform integration.
