Target Integration is a business consultancy company providing Business Automation applications, software development services, and cloud services to its clients. We are one of the leading consultants for Zoho/Odoo/MS Dynamics/Zendesk and a number of other products. The Role Job Summary The candidate will create comprehensive solution plans and lead a team of software engineers as they develop polished final products. A Full Stack Developer should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available. Top candidates will also be excellent leaders and communicators. What we are looking for is a hands-on software engineer, with the ability to architect a scalable, distributed, and extensible (think plugin architecture) core framework. This framework would later be used to develop various business applications. You Will Be Responsible For • Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements. • Design, and develop software products. This includes new product development and enhancing existing products. • Lead a team of developers and coordinate activities concerned with detailed design, development, unit testing, and scheduling • Work with the business team to define, analyze, and understand the business, functional, and technical requirements. • Produce and review product design for compliance with software requirements, design principles, coding standards, and related specifications. • Creating high-level product specifications and design documents. • Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow. • Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design. • Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines. • Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals. • Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements. • Updating software solutions as required. Ideal Profile Mandatory Skills • Must have hands-on ability to convert requirements, designs, and other technical specifications into code • 4+ years of demonstrated experience designing, and developing software products • Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development • Hands-on experience in ERP, CRM, or cloud products will be an added advantage. • Experience in Next JS will be a plus What's on Offer? • Recognition & Rewards
