Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration and partnerships
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity (PR), social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
Assist in helping to create effective marketing materials for both clients and external manpower
Assist in managing clients and manpower should the need arises.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
3+ years in marketing and promotion (preferably with tech and digital experience)
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
