Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
• Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration and partnerships
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity (PR), social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
• Assist in helping to create effective marketing materials for both clients and external manpower
• Assist in managing clients and manpower should the need arises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• 3+ years in marketing and promotion (preferably with tech and digital experience)
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Have own transport
