    Job Description :

    As the Solutions Engineer / Full Stack Developer - Business Messaging, you will be responsible for the solutions engineering of LINE Chatbots using ADA’s Business Messaging Platform. It’s your job to build and manage LINE mini apps, create custom chatbot flows for the LINE OA (Official Account) of Businesses and coordinate with L1 & L2 support teams.

     

    • Develop super-fast, easy-to-use, mobile responsive (mobile-first) web applications which would be accessed via web views of messaging apps such as LINE.
    • Develop intuitive chatbot flows using the Business Messaging Platforms drag and drop flow creator.
    • Coordinate with external development teams to deploy features and bug fixes.
    • Customer engagement on requirement discussions, providing solution and estimations.
    • Coordinate with L1 and L2 support teams to debug production issues and resolve on given ETAs.
    • Work with multiple stakeholders to transition data and knowledge and subsequently document it thoroughly.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located in different time zones.

     

    What skills and experience you will need?

     

    • Hands-on experiences (Preferably 3+ years of full stack development experience) with particular focus on Mobile-First responsive design and implementation of web applications.
    • Experience in developing web applications using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Redux, Styled Components, HTML5/CSS3 etc.
    • Experience integrating REST API’s.
    • Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects.
    • Chatbot development / CPaaS related industry experience is a plus.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment, including practices like CI/CD and Test-Driven Development ideal.
    • Familiarity with UX principles for creating delightful Customer Experiences favored.
    • BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
    • Fluent language skills in both English & Thai languages.
